// SECTION 01 1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the fchai Casino platform, including all games, features, promotions, payment services, and customer support offered through fchai.app. By creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on fchai, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of the fchai platform, including registered players, visitors browsing the site, and any person accessing fchai content through any device or browser. • You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or have not been advised by a medical professional to refrain from gambling.

fchai reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

// SECTION 03 3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on fchai, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the fchai platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If fchai identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended, any pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and bonus balances will be forfeited. fchai reserves the right to permanently ban players found to be operating multiple accounts.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fchai account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. fchai will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify fchai support immediately.

3.3 KYC Verification

fchai operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. All players are required to complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal. Verification documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card) and proof of address. fchai may request additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing compliance obligations.

// SECTION 04 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

fchai supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions on the fchai platform are processed in PHP, and no currency conversion fees are applied to player balances.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on fchai is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your fchai account within minutes. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to two banking hours to reflect. fchai does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which fchai bears no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within a few banking hours. fchai does not charge withdrawal fees. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

fchai is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. fchai reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any withdrawal that triggers our anti-money laundering protocols, pending further investigation. Players may be required to provide additional documentation to support the legitimacy of their funds.

// SECTION 05 5. Bonuses & Promotions

fchai offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and validity periods. These specific terms are communicated at the time each bonus is offered and form part of these Terms.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• fchai reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, arbitrage, or collusion will result in bonus cancellation and potential account suspension.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

// SECTION 06 6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the fchai platform — including live dealer games, blackjack, bingo, slots, and all other titles — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

All games on fchai use certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognized third-party testing laboratories. fchai does not manipulate game outcomes in any way, and no player has any advantage over another through the platform itself.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, fchai reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. fchai's decision in such matters is final. No compensation beyond the return of the wagered amount will be provided for technical malfunctions.

// SECTION 07 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fchai platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the fchai platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or its games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any other person to use your fchai account.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward fchai staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the fchai platform or its software.

// SECTION 08 8. Responsible Gaming

fchai is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting the wellbeing of all players. We believe that online casino gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we take our responsibility to prevent problem gambling seriously.

fchai provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your fchai account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the fchai platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any fchai content without prior written consent from fchai.

// SECTION 10 10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fchai shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the fchai platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other financial or non-financial losses.

fchai does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. fchai will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform downtime.

fchai's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

// SECTION 11 11. Privacy & Data

fchai collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the fchai platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

// SECTION 12 12. Amendments to These Terms

fchai reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, fchai will provide notice to registered players via email and/or through a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of the fchai platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting fchai support.

// SECTION 13 13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact fchai's customer support team to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. fchai is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means, the matter may be escalated through the appropriate regulatory channels in the Philippines.
